SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy

The program

SitewideOps, LLC (“SitewideOps”, “we”, “us”) operates an operations platform for specialty trade contractors. Our SMS program sends transactional service notifications only:

• Scheduling notifications — appointment confirmations, crew-on-the-way alerts, and work-completion follow-ups sent by a contracting business that uses SitewideOps (a “Customer”) to its own customers who provided a mobile number for service updates;
• Document links — secure links to review a quote, invoice, or similar business document a Customer sends through the platform; and
• Account messages — demo-account setup and service notifications for SitewideOps subscribers and demo requesters.

We do not send marketing, promotional, affiliate, or third-party content by SMS.

Opt-in (how consent is collected)

You receive text messages from this program only after opting in, in one of these ways:

• Checking the SMS consent box on a form on sitewideops.com (for example, when requesting a demo account);
• Providing your mobile number to a contracting business that uses SitewideOps for the purpose of receiving scheduling and service updates about your own work; or
• Texting a resubscribe keyword such as START to a number you previously opted out of.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Contracting businesses that send messages through SitewideOps are responsible for collecting any consent the law requires from their own customers, as our Terms of Service provide.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your account and service activity — for example, one confirmation when a visit is scheduled, one alert when a crew departs, and one follow-up when work completes. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and no further texts will be sent to your number. You can also ask us to stop texting you by emailing contact@sitewideops.com. To rejoin, reply START.

Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at contact@sitewideops.com or via sitewideops.com.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers are used only to deliver the service communications described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding our SMS delivery provider, which processes messages solely to deliver them.
