A visit that spans any Poor day for its site is flagged at-risk, with a live count and an "at-risk only" filter so you can triage the week in seconds. Hit "suggest a better day" on an at-risk visit and the board proposes the nearest future window whose whole span clears the weather, and applies it through the same reschedule path as a drag.
